What will you do?

About the role:

As a Senior UX Designer at Skai, you will own the UX of complex, data-driven product areas end-to-end. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers to turn business and technical complexity into clear, scalable, and intuitive user experiences for B2B marketers.

This role requires a strong product mindset, comfort with complex systems, and the ability to influence product direction through UX.

Responsibilities:

* Lead UX for end-to-end product initiatives, from discovery through detailed design and delivery

* Conduct and synthesize user research to inform product decisions

* Translate complex requirements into clear user flows and information architecture

* Design scalable solutions aligned with Skai’s design system and long-term product vision

* Clearly communicate design rationale to stakeholders

* Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to shape solutions and make informed UX tradeoffs

* Work with UX Writers and UI Designers to ensure cohesive, high-quality experiences

* Plan and manage UX work across multiple initiatives, balancing quality, timelines, scope, and technical constraints

* 7+ years of experience designing complex digital products

* Previous experience in a B2B SaaS company

* Strong portfolio demonstrating UX ownership, problem-solving, and systems thinking

* Proven ability to simplify complex, data-heavy workflows into clear user experiences

* Vast experience with Figma

* Creative and innovative thinker, able to deliver practical and scalable solutions within real-world constraints

* Experience working independently within cross-functional product teams, managing priorities, timelines, and tradeoffs

* Strong skills in UX research, interaction design, and information architecture

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills

* Fluent in English

Nice to have:

* Experience with integrating AI tools into the product design work process

* Experience working with large-scale design systems
