What will you do?

• Own the entire UX design lifecycle, including:

*Gathering initial requirements and conducting customer research.

*Developing detailed UX concepts and prototypes.

*Validating final designs through testing and analytics.

• Conduct thorough research: Understand customer needs, behaviors, and industry best practices to inform your design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers: Clearly define and consolidate high-level product requirements.
• Deliver comprehensive UX designs: Develop initial visions, low-fidelity concepts, detailed designs, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Partner with UX Writers and UI Designers: Ensure cohesive content and polished visual designs.
• Coordinate with developers: Provide clear requirements definition, assist and guide the implementation, and validate the execution.
• Validate and iterate designs: Conduct usability tests and leverage analytics tools to enhance product usability and effectiveness.
• Manage projects effectively: Oversee timelines, prioritize commitments, and navigate technical constraints proactively.
• Stay informed and innovative: Actively follow UX industry trends, advocate for integrating innovative methods, and leverage AI tools to enhance design processes.

How do I know if it's the right job for me?

This position requires:

• 7+ years of experience as a UX or Product Designer, specifically working on complex systems - Mandatory.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Hebrew - Mandatory.
• Experience in working with Figma or similar tool.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage tasks and organize own work.
• Demonstrated innovation mindset and strategic vision capabilities.
• Significant experience leading comprehensive UX design projects in complex systems, from initial concept to full product maturity, including usability testing and analysis.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, enabling close coordination with diverse teams.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working on complex B2B systems.
• Experience working in the AdTech industry.
• Experience utilizing AI tools.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in UX, Design, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, or a similar discipline.
