We are seeking a Salesforce Project Manager/senior Salesforce analyst looking for their next challenge. to work on and oversee the implementation and management of Information system projects. The successful candidate will possess extensive Salesforce administration experience and a strong understanding of business processes, aligning technical solutions with business goals.We are seeking a Salesforce Project Manager to oversee the implementation and management of Information system projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Salesforce projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery, including hands on implementation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance technology, system performance and efficiency.
• Take ownership of the commissions system including business knowledge and implementation

• 2-3 years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• 2 years’ experience as an information systems project management/Senior Salesforce analyst
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in both English and Hebrew
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• BSc or Engineering Degree in Information Systems or similar is a must
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) - must
• Self learner
