We’re looking for a Marketing Communications & Content Manager to lead TytoCare’s content and communications efforts across channels. This role combines strategy and execution, driving brand awareness and supporting pipeline growth while ensuring consistent, high-quality messaging.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead company messaging across brand, product, and campaigns, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
  • Own end-to-end content creation across website and print materials – including webpages, blogs, eBooks, case studies, videos, brochures, and one-pagers
  • Manage PR and content distribution to strengthen brand visibility and thought leadership
  • Co-plan and co-execute marketing initiatives, including virtual and in-person events, to drive awareness and pipeline
  • Create campaign assets (including ads and emails) aligned with business goals
  • Manage LinkedIn (B2B) and support additional B2C channels
  • Use data and insights to measure and optimize content and campaign performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and external partners/agencies

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing communications, content, and brand roles (B2B SaaS or healthcare – advantage)
  • Exceptional English writing and editing skills (MUST)
  • Familiarity with the U.S. healthcare ecosystem, including larger provider and payer audiences – advantage
  • Proven ability to own content strategy and execution across multiple channels
  • Experience in digital marketing and campaign execution (organic and paid)
  • Strong storytelling skills with ability to simplify complex ideas
  • Experience managing LinkedIn and B2B content distribution
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and optimization
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to improve performance
  • Agile mindset with ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams and vendors
