Co-founded by Dedi Gilad and Ofer Tzadik in 2012, TytoCare has FDA and CE clearances and partners with over 220 major health systems, health plans, and strategic partners in the U.S., Europe, Asia, Latin America, and Israel.

We are looking for an On-site representative for a temporary position for a 6-month contract (with a long-term option).

The ideal candidate has a passion and skills in promoting innovative products. We offer an opportunity to play a key role in the telehealth world.

Scope of Position:

Full-time temporary position in different clinics on-site between Netanya and Rehovot. Requires flexible mobility to travel between multiple clinic locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote the Tyto service in clinics through patient training, demonstrations, and simulations.
  • Provide on-premises training and support to clinicians and the admin team.

  • Sell Tyto devices to patients within clinics.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for any customer issue and escalate to the relevant teams as needed.

  • Engage with customers as part of the program rollout.

  • Manage all clinic-related tasks while coordinating with various teams including customer success, marketing, and support.

  • Identify potential improvements related to customer work processes and tools.

  • Demonstrate critical thinking, strong communication skills, and ability to develop strategic ongoing customer relationships.

Job Requirements:

  • Passion for promoting technological products and relevant skills.

  • Advanced Excel skills – advantage.

  • Background in network support – advantage.

  • Background in training customers – advantage.

  • Background in healthcare technology companies – advantage.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and superb written and verbal communication skills, including customer-facing engagement.

  • Strong decision-making, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

  • An independent “can-do” approach, positive attitude, empathy, and a team player.
