Co-founded by Dedi Gilad and Ofer Tzadik in 2012, TytoCare has FDA and CE clearances and partners with over 220 major health systems, health plans, and strategic partners in the U.S., Europe, Asia, Latin America, and Israel.
The Sys Admin is a one-man-show responsible for the execution of all IT activities, managing internal and customer-facing IT projects, including planning, coordinating and executing; and participating in multi-group projects.
Specific Responsibilities

- Be the key go-to person for IT needs/projects.
- Execute IT activities per company IT/security policies & work-plan.
- Administer and manage AzureAD (Entra), Office 365, and Exchange Online.
- Maintain cloud storage privileges & configuration and backup of SharePoint, G-Suite, etc.
- Manage endpoints using Intune, JAMF, and additional MDM tools.
- Provide IT support for end-users such as the company employees globally and external sub-contractors, service providers, and partners including help-desk services.
- Manage the IT infrastructure of the IL office including network infrastructure, working desks, conference meeting rooms, intercom, alarm & security cameras system, IoT equipment, etc.
- Manage software/HW purchases & licenses and the company’s IT inventory across offices.
- Work with different IT suppliers to perform infrastructure projects and for support escalation.
- Part of the security incident response team.
- Establish and implement new IT processes.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of experience as IT Specialist/Support Specialist in a cloud-based IT environment.
- 2+ years of global admin experience with Microsoft Azure AD, Office 365 including Exchange Online, Sharepoint, and MS-Teams.
- 2+ years experience with all OS systems including Windows, MacOS, and Linux.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewall configurations, VPN, and security best practices.
- Knowledge of MDM tools including Intune and JAMF.
- Experience in writing and executing PowerShell scripts – advantage.
- Experience in other cloud frameworks such as AWS and Google – advantage.
- Ability to prioritize multiple, competing, and simultaneous projects, issues, and activities.
- Strong problem-solving skills: troubleshooting, problem analysis, and resolution determination.
- Team player with a “can do” attitude and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills in English.
