Co-founded by Dedi Gilad and Ofer Tzadik in 2012, TytoCare has FDA and CE clearances and partners with over 220 major health systems, health plans, and strategic partners in the U.S., Europe, Asia, Latin America, and Israel.

The Technical Clinic Coordinator is expected to be the pillar between TytoCare and Clalit, one of TytoCare’s largest and most strategic clients, in all areas: clinic support, training, implementation, data analysis, and promoting processes. This role requires assertiveness and collaboration with various roles from both companies, including customer success, support, product, project management, R&D, marketing, and others.

Specific Responsibilities

    • The role takes place in Modi’in and Tel Aviv.
    • Provide technical support to physicians and administrative staff at Clalit.
    • Escalate issues to relevant teams at Clalit or TytoCare support teams and manage the issue until it is resolved.
    • Conduct conversion calls with patients.
    • Analyze data and generate weekly reports.
    • Monitor and collect feedback from clinics in the field.
    • Conduct training sessions for medical staff in clinics.
    • Manage the implementation in new clinics in collaboration with relevant stakeholders at Clalit.
    • Track project management, drive projects, and facilitate communication between TytoCare and Clalit teams.

Required Skills

    • B.Sc. degree OR BA with experience in support / other technical role.
    • High Technical and Analytical capabilities – MUST
    • Experience with working and analyzing data to generate insights.
    • Experience in SW or Healthcare IT implementations – Advantage
    • Excellent communication skills including customer-facing experience.
    • Team player with a can-do attitude and out-of-the-box approach.
    • Ability to work independently and assume primary responsibility for moving projects and operation-related services forward.
    • Availability to travel to customers as needed.
