We’re looking for a B2C Marketing Coordinator who is passionate about B2C and e-commerce, driven by data, and excited to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment. What You’ll Do

  • Craft and launch targeted marketing campaigns using sophisticated automation tools to boost customer engagement and retention.
  • Play a pivotal role in interdisciplinary efforts, enhancing our consumer and partner engagement strategies to deliver quantifiable results.
  • Leverage analytics tools to gauge campaign effectiveness, utilizing data to drive strategic improvements.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on digital marketing trends, privacy laws, and technological advancements, implementing best practices to position TytoCare as a leader in the HealthTech industry.

Required Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in D2C, B2C, and e-commerce marketing, with a strong focus on email marketing and marketing automation.
  • Expertise in email service platforms (ESP) such as CleverTap or Braze, demonstrated by a history of successful customer onboarding and retention campaigns. Experience managing comprehensive multi-channel marketing initiatives (email, SMS, push notifications).
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., MixPanel, Google Analytics), with the capability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional project management skills, able to efficiently prioritize tasks in a high-pace environment. Experience working closely with developers is preferred.
  • Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal, with a knack for collaborating seamlessly across teams. Candidates should be comfortable working independently within a globally distributed remote team.

Salary Range: $50,000-$65,000 a year
