The Home Smart Clinic solutions include remote physical exams that work across primary care modalities, and can be tailored to any cohort or population. Together with Tyto Insights™️ AI-powered guidance, provider integrations, and Tyto Engagement Labs™️ which include member journeys and engagement frameworks, Home Smart Clinic solutions ensure more equitable access to care across the globe, and enable healthcare organizations to meet their KPIs.

Co-founded by Dedi Gilad and Ofer Tzadik in 2012, TytoCare has FDA and CE clearances and partners with over 220 major health systems, health plans, and strategic partners in the U.S., Europe, Asia, Latin America, and Israel.

The Onboarding CS is expected to both manage the customer project directly (interacting with customer executives/IT/clinicians/project managers, working closely with the TytoCare product and R&D teams, analyzing success metrics, and aligning needed resources) and handle the technical aspects hands-on (training personnel, installing the needed environment, solving technical issues, etc).

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement and manage the TytoCare solution with existing and new customers.
  • Interact with customers and executives as part of the program roll out.
  • Interpret new customer needs and develop/convey engineering specifications to assist product development groups.
  • Monitor, gather, and analyse data from various product and 3rd party system sources to accelerate adoption and achieve goals.
  • Support change management activities as needed by the customer.
  • Support and plan integration activities with customers and 3rd party partners
  • Diagnose software and hardware malfunctions and interact with the software development groups to identify and resolve problems.
  • Travel nationwide to customer sites as and when necessary to fulfill the above responsibilities.
  • Proactively identify and manage project risks as necessary.

Required Skills:

  • B. Sc in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering/Biomedical Engineering
  • High Technical and Analytical capabilities – MUST
  • Experience with working and analysing data to generate insights.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Experience in SW or Healthcare IT implementations – Advantage
  • Excellent communication skills including customer facing experience.
  • Team player and can-do attitude approach and out of the box thinking.
  • Availability to travel to customers as needed.
