We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team and own our provider product experience. This role is crucial in enhancing the tools and functionalities that our therapists use to deliver exceptional care. As a Senior Product Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, elegant, and delightful designs that meet the needs of our providers and support the overall mission of Talkspace.

Please note: This is a remote position, and candidates must be based in EST (Eastern Standard Time).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process for our provider product, from research and ideation to prototyping and final execution.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize design projects.
  • Support product strategy, ensuring the product team is asking the right questions and solving for identified user problems.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights into the needs and behaviors of our providers.
  • Create user journeys, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and other artifacts to help clarify concepts, aid decision-making, and build consensus.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and excellence in product design.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on designing digital products for both responsive web and mobile platforms.
  • Proven track record of leading design projects from concept to launch, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma
  • Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.
  • Experience with designing for complex workflows and data-driven products is a plus.
  • Experience designing AI features is a plus.
  • Passion for mental health and a commitment to making a positive impact through design.
