We’re looking for a strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead hiring across US & LATAM while driving TA Operations excellence.
This is a high-impact role at the core of how we scale our business -combining data, strategy, and strong business partnership to shape how we attract, assess, and hire top talent in highly competitive markets.
You’ll lead a high-performing team of TA Business Partners, work closely with senior business leaders, and directly influence hiring strategy, workforce decisions, and quality of hire outcomes across the region.

How you'll make an impact:
- Lead and develop a team of TA Business Partners across US & LATAM, ensuring high-quality execution and strong stakeholder alignment.
- Own regional hiring end-to-end while supporting global TA Ops initiatives to drive scalable, efficient, and high-quality recruiting infrastructure.
- Act as a strategic business partner to senior leaders, translating business needs into hiring plans and workforce strategies.
- Define and drive the regional TA strategy with a strong focus on quality of hire, hiring efficiency, and business impact.
- Use data and hiring metrics to continuously improve sourcing, selection, and overall talent outcomes.
- Optimize and scale recruitment processes to ensure consistency, speed, and strong candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Partner on senior and critical hires with a hands-on approach when needed.
- Build proactive talent pipelines supporting critical roles, internal mobility, and succession planning.
- Strengthen employer brand across US & LATAM through targeted external partnerships and market engagement.
- Equip hiring managers with structured tools and frameworks to improve hiring quality and consistency.
- Stay closely aligned with market trends and competitor insights to continuously evolve TA strategy.

We’re looking for a TA leader who actively embraces AI and technology as enablers of better hiring outcomes.
You should be comfortable challenging manual processes and using AI-driven tools to improve sourcing, screening, and operational efficiency -while keeping a strong focus on quality of hire and human judgment in decision-making.
You see AI as a way to elevate focus from execution to strategic work, business partnering, and improving hiring impact at scale. You also ensure responsible and thoughtful use of data, fairness, and bias awareness in all AI-enabled processes.
To thrive in this role you'll need:
- 8+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience in high-growth global tech companies, with a strong strategic TA mindset
- 3+ years of experience leading Talent Acquisition teams
- Proven experience in TA Operations, systems, and vendor management
- Strong understanding of US & LATAM talent markets
- Strong business partnering capability with senior stakeholders
- High data fluency with ability to drive decisions through hiring metrics and insights
- Experience using AI/tools to improve recruiting efficiency and quality
- Strong sourcing and multi-channel talent acquisition capabilities
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate in ambiguity
