As a People Analyst on the People Analytics team in our New York office you’ll play a vital role in shaping the future of HR through data-driven insights. You will transform people operations into a strategic center of insight, turning complex data into actionable recommendations that impact decision-making across the global organization, directly influencing senior leadership and business outcomes.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- 4+ years of professional experience managing complex analytical projects and delivering business value.
- Hands-on experience with SQL.
- Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong familiarity with HR data, systems, and processes.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions for non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus points if you have:
- Exposure to Generative AI applications in data/analytics use cases.
- Experience with statistical analysis (R is a plus).
How you’ll make an impact:
- Partner with global team members to build and maintain essential KPI reports and dashboards for HR, Finance, and business leaders.
- Lead global HR data analysis and benchmarking initiatives.
- Manage and prioritize a mix of recurring and ad hoc analytics projects.
- Translate complex data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
- Support the automation of reporting and HR processes to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including HRBPs, Finance and IT to understand business needs, align on goals, and deliver analytics solutions that drive impact.
- Contribute to the implementation of AI-driven initiatives in the People Analytics space, including evaluating use cases, supporting model development, and ensuring responsible deployment.
