What is the key purpose of an Associate Publisher Account Manager?

Taboola is looking for an Associate Publisher Account Manager with a passion for digital media to optimize revenue and serve as a valuable resource/point of contact.

As a member of our Account Managers team, you will be instrumental in the success of our clients. You will support the team by bringing strategies and information that help in the growth of our partners and align with their strategies.

The Associate Publisher Account Manager will work with top-tier publishers to help implement and launch Taboola content recommendations widget on their site, track post-launch performance, and provide strategic direction for new opportunities to grow revenue.

What skills and qualifications do I need?

For this role, it is essential that you have:

  • 1+ years of professional experience in a client-facing capacity.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional service
  • Ability to analyze performance data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Competence in preparing detailed reports and presentations.

What will I be doing on a day-to-day basis?

As an Associate Publisher Account Manager, you will:

  • Provide support to the team in managing key clients, assisting in relationship building and analysis for all clients in the area.
  • Identify optimization and growth opportunities for clients.
  • Participate in meetings with clients and other areas of the company, contributing insights to continuously improve our processes and services.
  • Work closely with internal Taboola teams as the liaison for all business and technical issues and opportunities
  • Understand the company's strategic objectives and map Taboola platform capabilities to the needs of the organization
  • Monitor and analyze metrics and proactively suggest actions to improve results.
  • Support the preparation and presentation of performance reports and market insights to partners to further support growth opportunities and recommendations.
