Seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Support Associate to work closely with our Advertiser Sales Manager and contribute to our outbound lead generation efforts. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in expanding our client base, enhancing our sales pipeline, and fostering valuable relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Lead Generation:

  • Actively identify and target potential clients through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry databases.
  • Collaborate with the Advertiser Sales Manager to develop effective lead generation strategies.
  • Build a robust lead database to support our sales efforts.

Prospecting and Outreach:

  • Reach out to potential clients via email (Groove) and social platforms.
  • Engage in initial conversations, introduce Taboola products/services, and qualify leads for further engagement.

Lead Nurturing:

  • Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to keep them engaged and informed about Taboola offerings.
  • Provide information and resources to prospects to address their needs and concerns.

Reserve Calls with Sales Manager:

  • Schedule and coordinate calls and meetings between potential clients and the Advertiser Sales Manager.
  • Ensure that meetings are well-prepared, and all relevant information is shared.

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and progress in Salesforce
  • Regularly update lead statuses and provide reports on lead generation efforts.


  • Previous experience in a sales support or lead generation role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent written communication skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Microsoft Excel
  • Should be tech savvy in understanding the needs of the market and advertisers
  • Should be able to browse the internet with fast pace and ability to find required information with efficiency
  • Should have a natural urge in hunting for qualified leads
  • It will be for 6 month contract
