Taboola, the world’s largest content recommendation platform, is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Voice of Customer & Insights. Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, you will be a part of a global team that serves as the link between sales, product, services, marketing and customers. You will be tasked with turning innovative technologies into substantial revenue-generating businesses used by over a billion people.

The Senior Product Marketing Manager, Voice of Customer & Insights will develop and lead a new Voice of Customer program that collects customer feedback across the customer lifecycle journey and turns this feedback into actionable recommendations to Product Marketing, Product Management, and Business teams. Responsibilities also include creating and maintaining a customer feedback framework and related processes and deliverables, managing our Early Adopters program, and conducting customer research.

Product Marketing team sits at the unique intersection of Product and Business, working within all stages of the product life-cycle -- from ideation to development to release to adoption. We are responsible for bringing new and innovative products to the market with strong positioning and sales enablement materials. The day in the life of a product marketer is diverse; you can find us collaborating closely with our Product teams, evangelizing Taboola products and gathering feedback at client meetings, training the sales teams on new feature pitches, or sitting with the design team creating the next great sales collateral.

What skills and qualifications do I need?

For this role, it is essential that you have:

  • Be the champion of the customer, walking in their shoes and considering the impact on the customer of any and all decisions
  • Ability to manage the needs of multiple stakeholders, clearly communicate the purpose of the program, manage expectations, and get buy-in on the program’s design
  • Strong project management, delegation, and critical thinking
  • Ability to think strategically and translate the customer insights to key business metrics
  • Proven ability to build trust and mutual respect, working closely with other stakeholders across multiple departments
  • Proactive with a drive to solve problems with innovative solutions, geared towards action in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
  • Great communication and presentation skills, with a knack for presenting complex concepts in a simple and easy to understand manner

What will I be doing on a day-to-day basis?

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Develop a deep understanding of Taboola’s diverse customer base through customer feedback and research
  • Oversee VOC program administration; Define and manage to program KPIs and goals
  • Define a framework for how different types of customer feedback is handled and analyzed across the business
  • Elevate the customer's voice in key product and business strategic decisions by leveraging VOC data
  • Make customer experiences better by listening to their experiences and crafting opportunities to improve / address their concerns
  • Provide a holistic view of the customer by synthesizing information from VOC, Customer Early Adopter Group, Focus Groups, and external market data
  • Support ad hoc research projects for strategic business initiatives
