What is the key purpose of a Talent Acquisition Intern - Employer Branding?

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our APAC team as an Employer Branding - Talent Acquisition Intern to join us in our Bangkok office. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our talent acquisition efforts by supporting our employer branding initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region. This internship is designed to provide you with valuable hands-on experience in talent acquisition and employer branding while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. At Taboola, we currently work in a hybrid work model giving team members the flexibility to work from home a few days a week.

What skills and qualifications do I need?

For this role it is essential that you:

  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Are social media savvy, Familiarity with social media platforms, content management, and analytics tools
  • Have a creative mindset and ability to think outside the box to develop engaging employer branding content
  • Have a passion for starting a career in talent acquisition & employer branding
  • Enjoy staying up-to-date with latest recruitment and marketing trends
  • Enjoy working with data

Nice to haves include:

  • Proficiency or previous exposure to advertising, recruitment, or hiring
  • Practical understanding of Google Analytics, paid media strategies, and social media optimization
  • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) usage, with particular emphasis on Greenhouse
  • Proficiency in video editing abilities

What will I be doing on a day-to day today basis?

As a Talent Acquisition Intern - Employer Branding, you will:

  • Employer Branding Strategy: Collaborate with the Employer Branding global team to develop and implement an effective employer branding strategy for the APAC region. This includes conducting market research, analyzing competitor activities, and identifying key talent attraction channels.
  • Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and compelling content for various employer branding initiatives, such as social media posts, blog articles, employee testimonials, and videos. Ensure the content aligns with our employer value proposition and resonates with our target audience.Proven ability to create compelling content and engage with online communities to enhance the employer brand's online presence.
  • Events and Campus Recruitment: Support the planning and execution of employer branding events and campus recruitment activities across the APAC region. Coordinate logistics, assist in promotional material development, and represent the company at career fairs and networking events.
  • Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and Marketing, to align employer branding efforts with overall talent acquisition strategies and company culture.
  • Recruitment Operations: Support TA team with complex scheduling requests and sourcing candidates for difficult to fill roles
