To support our operations and projects, we are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Junior Operations Assistant.

Position Overview:

The Junior Operations Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the company’s operations and projects. You will primarily assist in creating and managing an inventory of appliances in short-term rental apartments, producing instructional videos for their use, and documenting detailed descriptions of appliances. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site visits to the portfolio to inspect and record appliance inventories.
• Create and maintain an organized inventory database, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
• Record short instructional videos for appliances, explaining their functionality and usage.
• Write clear and concise descriptions of appliances, including key specifications and instructions.
• Collaborate with other team members to streamline and improve inventory management processes.
• Provide general support to the HQ team for day-to-day operational needs.

Requirements:

• Based in Paris
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable with technology, including basic video recording and editing tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (French and English).
• A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in operations, project coordination, or similar roles is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of or interest in the short-term rental or property management industry.
