The Partnership Coordinator role exists to support the execution and management of SI Swimsuit’s sponsorship and partnership initiatives. This position ensures seamless collaboration with brand partners, manages pre- and post-sale deliverables, and supports integration of talent and media assets into partnerships.
What You'll Do:
- Support partnership sales efforts by creating pitch decks, one-sheets, and sponsorship materials
- Help manage partnership campaigns, timelines, and deliverables across teams
- Coordinate partner activations, branded content, and on-site sponsorship integrations
- Assist with talent and influencer integrations tied to brand partnerships
- Track campaign performance, compile reports, and support renewal opportunities
- Maintain organized documentation for contracts, partners, and campaign assets
The expected salary range for this position is between $65,000 and $80,000. Actual pay will be determined based on skills, experience, and location. The benefits available for this position include flexible vacation policy, 15 paid holidays, paid parental leave, health insurance, 401(k) with company match.
Requirements
What You Have:
- 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, sponsorship sales support, or marketing
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Experience creating pitch decks or sales materials (Canva or similar tools)
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with Salesforce or financial tracking tools is a plus
