Minute Media is a global technology and content company built for the future of sports consumption. Minute Media's proprietary technology platform enables the creation, distribution and monetization of digital content experiences, powering a portfolio of trusted brands including Sports Illustrated, The Players' Tribune, and FanSided, as well as hundreds of sports leagues, teams, broadcasters, third-party publishers and advertisers.

As AI-powered search and conversational agents increasingly reshape how digital content is discovered, referred, and monetized, we are building new analytical capabilities to understand AI-driven traffic within a broader web and marketing performance ecosystem.

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst - AI & Agent Traffic Analytics with a strong background in web and marketing analytics to support the analysis and ongoing measurement of AI bot and agent traffic across our ecosystem. This role sits within the BI & Data function and works closely with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Commercial teams.

This position combines AI traffic discovery with marketing performance analysis, structured experimentation (e.g. A/B testing), and continuous operational measurement. It is suited for a strong mid-level analyst who understands web behavior, referral logic, digital funnels, and experimentation frameworks and is eager to explore this space in depth, and excited to experiment with new AI tools as part of their day‑to‑day work.

  • Build dashboards and reporting to monitor traffic trends and performance metrics

Testing & Marketing Experimentation

  • Support marketing and product initiatives through structured analytical frameworks
  • Compare AI-driven traffic with traditional SEO, paid, and direct referral channels

  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to support data-driven decisions
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear insights for business stakeholders

  • Experience working with A/B testing and experimentation analysis
  • Strong understanding of web architecture, including HTTP, user agents, referral logic, cookies, and tracking mechanisms
  • Experience working with cloud-based data stacks such as GCP or AWS
  • Hands-on experience using generative AI tools, agents, or AI-driven experimentation workflows

Advantage

  • Experience in SEO or high-traffic digital publishing environments
