We are looking for a reliable and organized Receptionist, Office Admin to join our Tel Aviv team as a temporary position for one year. In this role, you will handle daily office tasks, ensure the workplace runs smoothly, and create a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will assist with administrative and logistical duties while supporting the team’s needs.
- Front Desk & Visitor Management: Welcome guests, vendors, and employees; manage mail and deliveries; support in-office needs for traveling staff.
- Office & Facilities Operations: Oversee building maintenance requests, relationships with building personnel, cleaning coordination, parking and access card management, and order daily office breakfast.
- Office Environment & Supplies: Ensure a clean, organized workspace and fully stocked kitchen; manage procurement of groceries, snacks, drinks, and office supplies.
- Inventory & Vendor Management: Maintain office inventory, manage vendor relationships, and process payments/invoices (including via MESH cards).
- Employee Experience Support: Assist with onboarding (desk setup), offboarding (equipment returns), Sodexo/Cibus card management, and general employee-related needs.
Requirements
What You Have:
- Ability to work from the office 4 days a week (Monday-Thursday) for the first 6 months, and then 5 days for the last 6 months.
- Fluent in english.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse teams and individuals.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the capability to manage time and tasks independently.
- High level of responsibility and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Previous experience in a similar role in office administration or reception.
- Familiarity with office management tools and software – an advantage.
