What you will be doing:

Sales Leadership & Management:

  • Lead a team of BDRs and SDRs to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Implement and optimize the sales process from initial contact to close
  • Conduct regular 1:1s and team meetings to provide coaching, remove blockers, and drive performance
  • Monitor key metrics including conversion rates, sales cycle length, and win rates
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve team productivity and effectiveness

Team Development:

  • Create and execute onboarding plans for new team members
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and create individual development plans
  • Identify and nurture future leaders within the team

Pipeline Management:

  • Ensure effective lead distribution and follow-up
  • Monitor pipeline health and forecast accuracy
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and implement solutions
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead quality and conversion

Process Improvement:

  • Develop and document best practices for inbound and outbound lead handling
  • Optimize CRM usage and sales tools
  • Create and maintain sales playbooks and documentation
  • Implement new technologies and processes to improve efficiency

Your skills and experience:

  • 5+ years of B2B BDR + SDR sales experience
  • 2+ years of sales team management experience
  • Proven track record of achieving team revenue targets
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales technology stack
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellence in sales coaching and development

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing both BDRs and SDRs
  • Background in inbound sales methodology
  • Experience with sales operations and process design
  • Track record of improving team performance metrics

Benefits:

  • Expected salary range is $110,000-$150,000
