The team & role

We’re looking for a temporary B2B Creative Marketing Team Lead to join our team during a maternity leave cover period. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide and collaborate closely with a small team of creative talent — currently one designer, with plans to grow — to produce high-performing, visually compelling assets.

Your focus will be on delivering effective motion and graphic creatives tailored for lead generation and performance across channels like LinkedIn, Meta, and Google. As an AI-first company, we also emphasize the use of AI tools to streamline creative processes and unlock new possibilities for design and production.

You’ll play a key role in shaping the visual presence of Popular Pays within the B2B ecosystem, while also contributing to broader brand storytelling across the company.

What you will be doing

  • Guide and collaborate with a growing creative team to produce impactful B2B marketing assets across digital channels, aligned with business goals.
  • Provide hands-on creative direction and mentorship, helping maintain quality, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Champion the integration of AI tools to enhance workflows and creative output.
  • Create and maintain branded assets that support Popular Pays’ evolving identity, while working within the larger Lightricks brand system.
  • Lead the creative aspects of production efforts — from shaping concepts and shot lists to collaborating with directors and production crews on shoots for ads, case studies, and other brand materials.
  • Partner with performance, content, and marketing stakeholders to translate goals into clear, creative briefs.
  • Analyze creative performance and drive optimization projects that are grounded in data and results.

Your skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
  • Online portfolio or showreel showcasing strong design and motion skills with a focus on storytelling and performance.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital campaign design, especially in B2B or performance marketing environments.
  • Experience leading or mentoring creatives, even in small team settings, with a hands-on approach.
  • Practical experience with branded video productions, including collaboration with production teams, directors, and post-production professionals.
  • Deep understanding of design principles, motion graphics, and content creation for digital platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and workflows, including image generation platforms and large language models to support creative ideation, automation, and efficiency
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with evolving priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for creating high-impact marketing visuals.
