About the Role
Lightricks is looking for an experienced, execution-minded, and strategically sharp Partnerships lead to step in during a maternity leave period. Based in our Jerusalem HQ, this is a high-impact role at the heart of Lightricks’ business development efforts—bridging strategy and execution to bring key partnerships to life across our AI-powered creative tools like LTX Studio, Facetune and Popular Pays.
You’ll lead the execution of major collaborations, shape partnership strategy, and own select partnerships end-to-end—including relationship management and contract negotiation. You’ll work closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, R&D, Legal) to ensure the success of each partnership, and with the Director of Business Development to align execution with company goals.
What you will be doing
Strategic Planning & Shaping
- Contribute to the development of Lightricks’ partnership strategy—especially from an execution, scalability, and operational fit perspective.
- Identify and propose improvements to how we structure, execute, and measure partnerships.
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager on planning and prioritization.
Partnership Ownership
- Independently lead select partnerships from initial scoping to final agreement, including:
- Managing partner relationships (particularly with local or execution-heavy partners).
- Leading contract negotiations and securing alignment from internal stakeholders.
- Tracking implementation and KPIs.
Execution & Internal Coordination
- Translate signed partnerships into detailed action plans with clear deliverables and accountability across internal teams.
- Coordinate execution across Marketing, Product, Legal, R&D, and Design—ensuring everyone is aligned and delivering on time.
- Monitor progress and troubleshoot blockers in real-time.
Ongoing Partner Support
- Maintain strong communication with active partners, ensuring needs are met and opportunities for collaboration are surfaced.
- Provide insights and performance data to inform optimization and potential expansion.
Operational & Reporting Support
- Maintain internal trackers, dashboards, and documentation.
- Support partnership-related presentations and internal updates.
Your skills and experience
- 3-5 years in partnerships, business development, or strategic account/project management—preferably in a tech, media, or creative company.
- Proven experience leading partnerships independently, including managing contracts and internal execution.
- Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication in Hebrew and English, both verbal and written.
- Organized, proactive, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
- Familiarity with content creation, creative workflows, or AI tools - an advantage
- Experience working across both B2B and B2C environments - an advantage
