The Business Applications team is the backbone of Lightricks’ digital workspace, ensuring seamless implementation and maintenance of essential SaaS applications. This team is also responsible for developing automations to streamline processes and enhance company-wide efficiency. Collaborating across departments, we prioritize innovation, productivity, and operational excellence.

What you will be doing

As a SaaS and Automation Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing the digital tools that power Lightricks and drive operational efficiency by streamlining essential processes. Work with a diverse array of SaaS tools and technologies, learning and exploring different domains and business operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • SaaS Management: Implementing, troubleshooting, and overseeing SaaS applications such as Google Workspace, Slack, Survey Monkey, GitHub, Zoom, Salesforce, Zendesk, Monday, Jira, and Figma.
  • Automation Development: Building low-code automations using platforms like Fresh Service, Zapier, and Torii to enhance workflows and increase productivity.
  • Contracts and Expenses: Managing contracts, controlling expenses, uploading invoices, and creating purchase orders for various SaaS systems.
  • Process Optimization: Understanding and maintaining existing processes and automations to ensure smooth functionality.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinating with SaaS suppliers and managing ongoing workflows for supported systems.

Your skills and experience

We’re seeking a service-oriented, adaptable professional who thrives on innovation and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Proven experience as a helpdesk operator with strong SaaS application proficiency.
  • Experience with low-code automation tools.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Familiarity with Azure, Microsoft Active Directory, Fresh Service, and Google Admin Console.
  • Background in senior helpdesk roles, QA, or information systems - a big plus.
