As the Billing Operations Manager at Lightricks, you will oversee and manage various aspects of our payment processes, ensuring smooth business and financial compliance across different locations globally. You’ll play a pivotal role in optimizing payment workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging innovative technologies to enhance efficiency. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a global operation while supporting creators and brands in achieving their creative potential.

What you will be doing

  • Manage and improve payment processes for web sales, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to address payment challenges and implement improvements.
  • Analyze billing data, optimize workflows, and participate in technical projects to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including PSPs, Product, PX, Legal, Finance, and BI teams, to enhance payment systems and address challenges.
  • Stay informed about online payment trends and help integrate innovative solutions.

Your skills and experience

  • 1-2 years in billing, payment operations, or related fields (internships or entry-level experience count!).
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail for validating data and solving problems.
  • Comfortable working with numbers, systems, and dashboards.
  • Experience with global payment systems, payment gateways, web payments, and dispute handling (advantage).
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Organized, team-oriented, and eager to learn new technologies and tools.
