Our Operations team leads the day-to-day logistical running of our company, be it transport, office needs, or ongoing support. Lightricks Operations is a global team that manages all the behind-the-scenes work necessary to maintain vibrant and creative office environments for our employees worldwide. The team also supports our employee experience team with logistic needs with swag, parties, company events, and food. We provide a strong infrastructure that allows all other teams to create, deliver, and meet their goals.

What you will be doing

  • Inventory documentation - receipt, registration and inspection of incoming and outgoing goods from/to a logistics center.
  • Managing shortages and making orders.
  • Managing the process of receiving invoices, verifying payment of invoices, documenting invoices and uploading them to the systems.
  • Managing negotiations and trade agreements with the suppliers in an effort to obtain the best prices.
  • Production of delivery certificates.
  • Regular tours and verification of the inventory levels of products in the designated areas.
  • Dispersal of good.

Your skills and experience

  • Experience in logistics management and warehouse management (preferably in the food sector)
  • High ability to operate and work under pressure.
  • Willingness for physical work.
  • Good understanding of inventory and systems management.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, order and organization, good ability to solve problems in real time.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work with multiple stakeholders, excellent human relations.
  • Technological knowledge and use of Office systems
  • Knowledge and experience in invoice and budget management.
  • Full backup in current tasks (logistics team) when needed.
