The Team & Role

The Product Marketing Managers at Lightricks play a pivotal role in shaping the strategies that introduce unique and engaging products to the market. This team leverages product insights and strategic marketing plans to align product features with market needs, thereby driving business growth. Within this dynamic department, ambitious and seasoned professionals thrive in collaborative efforts to launch and enhance our product lines.

As a B2C Product Marketing Manager, you will spearhead the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for a new and exciting B2C digital makeup product. This is a unique opportunity to leave a significant imprint on a product under the acclaimed Facetune brand.

What you will be doing

  • Work closely with product managers to align the product roadmap with marketing insights.
  • Conducting industry research to carve out business opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
  • Leading marketing initiatives that align with overarching business goals.
  • Collaborating across various stakeholders to ensure cohesive implementation of strategies and objectives.
  • Navigate and shape a new product within the digital makeup industry, leveraging the vibrant identity of the Facetune brand.

Your skills and experience

  • Proven experience in a Product Marketing Manager role, preferably with exposure to B2C applications.
  • Expertise in conducting digital marketing and brand campaigns, with a knack for influencer marketing.
  • Strong professional English skills to cater to the U.S. market.
  • A data-driven approach to crafting impactful marketing strategies.
  • Ability to commute flexibly between offices in Haifa and Jerusalem would be beneficial.
  • Passion for the beauty and makeup industry, with a flair for following and understanding emerging trends.
