The team & role
The Brand Design Team at Lightricks is responsible for defining the visual language of Lightricks as a brand, as well as the company’s products. The team acts as a bridge between management and the product and marketing departments, ensuring brand positioning decisions are put into practice. We're looking for a Brand Designer with rich experience ready to contribute to, and elevate our brand narrative.
What you will be doing
- Translate conceptual ideas into design guidelines that effectively deliver the brand message.
- Ensure brand consistency and maintain brand guidelines within Lightricks.
- Design and execute branding materials, including both digital and print assets (web UI, presentations, video style frames, banners, one pagers, etc).
Your skills and experience
- 3+ years of experience in brand design.
- Exceptional visual design skills with a strong understanding of color, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Extensive portfolio showcasing work in brand development and visual design.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Webflow and After Effects is a plus..
- Familiarity with AI tools (such as ComfyUI, Midjourney etc.) is a plus.
- Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including marketing, product, and external agencies.
- Strong communication skills, both in Hebrew & English.
