Our photo and video editing apps: Facetune, Videoleap, and Photoleap offer endless possibilities and inspiration, while our brand platform, Popular Pays, offers brands the opportunity to scale their marketing efforts by partnering with creators. Our most recent product, LTX Studio, is an all-in-one AI digital storytelling platform that gives users complete control over their creations. We aim to enable both content creators and brands to produce engaging, top-performing content, based on both groundbreaking computational graphic research and generative AI features.

What you will be doing

• Conducting applied research, keeping in mind the constraints and requirements of real world solutions
• Mentoring other researchers in your team and leading projects with multiple participants.
• Working with engineers, designers and product managers to aim your research to the right place.
• Keeping up with new research developments in academia and exposing them to all team members.
• Writing high-quality code (aiming at production-grade) and maintaining efficient workflows in your research process, using best practices and tools.

Your skills and experience

• M.Sc with 2+ industry experience (as a developer, researcher or similar)
• Interest in working on applied problems and transferring their work to production
• Demonstrated ability to generate new ideas and innovate within our domain of interest (computer vision, computational photography,...)
• Highly independent and self learner
• Strong applied math background
• Soft skills: can-do attitude, team player, proactive, good communicator

Preferred Requirements

• Ph.D in the domain
• Publications in relevant fields
• Research/industry experience and familiarity with the literature in one of the Lightricks’ areas of interest.
