We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Director (HRD) to lead our global HRD.BP team. The Senior HRD will be part of Lighticks’ HR management (reporting to the CHRO), manage a team of HR Directors (HRDs) and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and will be responsible for standardizing and enhancing the role of HRBPs across the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, capable of driving HR initiatives that align with our company’s objectives and enhance our organizational culture.

What you will be doing-

  • Develop and implement a holistic and standardized perception and framework for the HRBP role, Create and promote a holistic approach that guides the HRBP function across the organization.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, including strategic projects that align with organizational goals, manage and lead organizational change processes.
  • Optimize and improve work processes within the HRBP team and in collaboration with cross-functional interfaces across the organization.
    Establish effective work routines and internal communication strategies to ensure smooth operation and alignment from HQ to the sites (US & UK) and within the departments.
  • Mentor HRBPs, providing them with the necessary tools and training to enhance their consulting capabilities. Continuously improve the skills and competencies of the HRBP team to ensure they can effectively support the business.
  • Lead a forum of senior managers to facilitate strategic discussions and decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience in managing global HR teams and developing HR strategies.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, development, and learning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior management.
  • Strong mentoring and coaching skills, with a track record of developing high-performing HR teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills in English is a must.
