We’re looking to hire a full-time Office Manager to be the primary point of contact for all employees in our office space in Jerusalem. This is a unique opportunity for aspiring project managers. In addition to performing the day-to-day tasks of the Front Desk, this position is expected to play a vital role in office logistics including communication, facilities tasks, and bureaucracy.

You will become a part of the Lightricks Operations team leading the day-to-day logistical running of our company, be it transport, office needs, or ongoing support, which also drives our employee experience with enrichment and tons of swag and food. We provide a strong infrastructure that allows other teams to create, deliver, and meet their goals.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Uphold Front Desk Responsibilities (greet guests, receive packages, arrange parking, etc)
  • Manage incoming questions and requests from employees
  • Be a source of knowledge by staying up-to-date on all Operations initiatives
  • Provide administrative support to the logistics department
  • Summarize operational plans and communicate succinctly to employees
  • Oversee and coordinate maintenance tasks, ensuring the building and its facilities are in optimal condition
  • Negotiate contracts and coordinate multiple suppliers simultaneously to ensure timely completion of maintenance projects
  • Bring innovation, creativity, and ambition to office management problems

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Service-oriented, ability to maintain a positive attitude at all times
  • Logistics-minded and passionate about project management
  • Full proficiency in Google productivity platforms (sheets, forms, docs)
  • Professional English & proficient Hebrew (oral and written)
  • Availability to work 08:00 - 17:00, Sunday - Thursday
