The role

We are ramping up our efforts to create cutting-edge video generation models with loads of compute resources and are hiring a Research Advisor to work with our Core GenAI team on pre-training large generative video models.

At Lightricks, we’ve been pushing the envelope in text-to-image and text-to-video, developing original architectures that have been crucial in training our foundational models.

This Consultant role includes co-thinking on solving research problems, brainstorming, and writing academic papers on innovations we make while advancing the state-of-the-art generative video models that serve as foundational technologies for our products, mainly LTX Studio.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Provide strategic advice on the pre-training and fine-tuning of video and image generative models.
• Consult on the design and implementation of machine learning models for text-to-video generation.
• Collaborate with our research scientists to optimize models for peak performance in both training and inference phases.
• Help guide the integration of AI models into our applications and services.
• Offer insights into the latest developments in Generative AI, especially in image, video, and audio, to keep our technologies ahead of the curve.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrated expertise in generative AI, evidenced by significant accomplishments such as first author publications or innovative projects.
• Deep familiarity with machine learning frameworks.
• Experience in training large foundational models from scratch and managing large-scale datasets.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a diverse remote team.
