We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. This is a hands-on recruiting position that requires a strategic mindset, exceptional relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of the Data and Tech landscape. In this role, you will collaborate closely with C-level executives and strategic advisors to drive the recruitment strategy and support our growth plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full life cycle of the hiring process.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and hire exceptional Data and Tech professionals
  • Nurture talent through our hiring processes ensuring the highest standards of candidate experience as well as striving for a competitive time to offer period.
  • Leverage multiple sources to help us identify exceptional active and passive talent
  • Provide hiring analytics and insights when required to stakeholders to underpin accurate changes that will continuously improve our hiring processes.
  • Continuously assess and improve the hiring processes using AI tools to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience.
  • Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, and implement innovative solutions to streamline and expedite the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years experience recruiting as part of an internal talent acquisition team in a tech oriented scaling organisation.
  • Ability to partner with hiring managers to resolve recruiting roadblocks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools and the ability to quickly learn new platforms.
  • Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in both English and Hebrew.
  • Exposure to various recruiting tools and systems, deep knowledge of sourcing techniques.
  • Experience working with an ATS, Greenhouse - is a plus!
