Our most recent product, LTX Studio, is an all-in-one AI digital storytelling platform that gives users complete control over their creations. We aim to enable both content creators and brands to produce engaging, top-performing content, based on both groundbreaking computational graphic research and generative AI features.

Our Performance Marketing team is responsible for the sustainable growth of Lightricks’ user base and revenue. The Performance team’s core job includes strategy, budgeting, reporting, and driving strategic decisions. We plan and deploy our marketing tech systems, working closely with our BI, Tech, Creative, and Data Science teams, establishing a data-first approach to inform decisions and optimization across multiple media partners (Facebook, Instagram, Apple, Google, TikTok, Snap, etc.). We're currently seeking an entry-level User Acquisition Manager with strong analytical skills to join our team.

In this role, you'll:

  • Employ advanced analytical techniques to meticulously analyze campaign results and derive actionable insights.
  • Actively oversee and execute campaigns across diverse online advertising channels, conducting real-time testing and optimization.
  • Lead data-driven decision-making processes, leveraging insights to refine strategies and maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop benchmarks, diligently work toward achieving business objectives, and track and report performance metrics (spend, sales, ROAS, etc.).

Your skills and qualifications:

  • Demonstrated high-level analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university or college (preference given to candidates with degrees in scientific disciplines such as Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Management, Statistics, etc.).
  • Eagerness to immerse oneself in the intricacies of the marketing industry.
  • Independent and quick learner
  • Diligent, proactive, and highly organized team player committed to excellence
