We're expanding our world-class team and looking for a results-driven Senior Marketer to impact how millions of people around the world learn or discover something new like music, singing, drawing, and more. This is a hands-on role within a multidisciplinary team, in which you’ll own the marketing end-to-end, understand different audiences and how to communicate with them, and methodologically identify marketing initiatives in pursuit of aggressive growth goals.
What does a Senior Marketer do at Simply:
If you're truly passionate about driving growth, have a deep understanding of audience behavior and the consumer journey, and excel at creating and executing impactful marketing strategies and messaging across channels like web, product, email, and ads, you might be our ideal candidate. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, designers, and data analysts to drive value creation and accelerate business growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Generalist marketing: You’ll build, execute, and optimize marketing strategies across different channels, aligned with our overall business goals and impact areas.
- User flow strategy: Develop and optimize in-app & web flows to maximize conversion at each step.
- Direct-to-consumer strategy: You’ll directly influence the journey of millions of people.
- Getting things done from start to finish: Working on multiple projects at a fast pace from conducting research, positioning, building the marketing strategy, hands-on execution, messaging, and measuring results. No challenge is too big!
- Leading research and turning consumer-centric, quantitative, and qualitative insights into the right message for the right audience across multiple channels.
Experience and skills:
- 4-5 years of generalist marketing experience in a global, performance-oriented, consumer company or start-up, as a Senior Marketing Manager, Growth Marketer, or Product Marketer. You are a true all-around marketing expert who has tried many strategies and is methodological.
- Deeply understand US audiences, the competitive landscape and all parts of the consumer journey, using audience-led thinking to determine the best way to achieve an outcome.
