Being a horizontal marketplace that offers a wide range of digital services, Fiverr divides its services into different verticals/categories. As the Digital Marketing and Writing & Translation Vertical Manager, you'll lead strategy, innovation, and growth for these service categories within the Marketplace division, by driving initiatives across many functional teams.

This is not a marketing position, but a business-focused one.

This role orchestrates initiatives to drive revenue and conversion, impacting Fiverr’s positioning as the world’s largest marketplace of professional and creative services, in the way the customer experiences Fiverr’s product, and in Fiverr’s overall growth strategy.

• Develop a strong understanding of the verticals, market, and growth opportunities to develop action plans to achieve strategic goals.
• Gather insights to influence new business ventures and enhance buyer/seller engagement.
• Drive revenue growth by expanding services and collaborating on category-specific marketing efforts. Initiate and support category-specific efforts with the different product teams.
• Craft and enforce marketplace integrity rules for the verticals.
• Explore new partnerships and business models to contribute to the verticals’ growth, scale and efficiency.
• Monitor performance, identify opportunities and gaps against KPIs, and make adjustments.
• Stay at the forefront of industry trends and competitor movements.

• 3-5 years at a tech company, with expertise in digital marketing disciplines (SEO, SEM, AI Overviews, PPC, Conversion, etc).
• Hands-on experience on projects at the intersection of marketing & AI.
• Proven track record in developing consumer-focused go-to-market strategies, with a strong ability to interpret data insights.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew
• Nice to have: Previous experience with SQL; Writing & Translation knowledge.
