About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Outbound SDR Team Lead to lead and scale our Sales Development function. In this role, you will own the performance, development, and execution of our Israeli outbound SDR team, ensuring consistent pipeline generation through high-quality automated lead flow and meeting qualification.

You will play a critical role in building a predictable outbound motion, coaching SDRs to excellence, and partnering closely with Sales and Operations to drive revenue growth.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of outbound SDRs to consistently meet and exceed meeting targets.
  • Own the outbound prospecting strategy, including persona targeting, sequencing, messaging, and qualification standards. Working closely with the Operations team to make it structured and scalable.
  • Monitor and analyze SDR performance metrics (activity, conversion rates, pipeline contribution) and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and training to improve outbound effectiveness, objection handling, and discovery skills.
  • Run regular team meetings, 1:1s, and performance reviews to drive accountability and growth.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting in CRM and sales engagement tools.
  • Implement best practices, tools, and processes to scale outbound efforts efficiently.
  • Stay up to date on outbound sales trends, methodologies, and competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Outbound SDR manager, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales development, prospecting techniques, and qualification frameworks.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and translate insights into action.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft/Outreach and Nooks.
  • Highly organized, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to align working hours with US business hours and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field — preferred but not required
