Description
Datarails is a SaaS B2B solution that tackles one of the biggest challenges in financial departments: the overflowing amount of data that, up until now, was managed by tons of Excel sheets. We take this scattered and unstructured data and consolidate into a single source of truth enabling finance professionals to follow it, manage it, and create the ever-needed order within the realm of finances.
What You'll Do
- Own the features and product development throughout the full lifecycle (e.g., ideation, design, implementation, launch).
- Identify research and product opportunities where AI (ML/LLM) can enhance the planning and analysis processes for finance teams.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with and manage relationships across leadership, researchers, engineers, and designers to achieve the product vision.
- Analyze data and conduct market research to identify trends and understand the competitive landscape to inform product development decisions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a proven track record of delivering impactful products that customers love and adopt.
- Strong ownership abilities and entrepreneurial qualities: Self-driven and proactive with the ability to work autonomously and break complex problems down into manageable components and goals.
- Experienced in leading cross-functional teams, including data science and research teams, with excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing analytical products that handle complex data ingestion, provide robust analysis capabilities, and offer insightful data visualizations.
- Proven experience working with SaaS B2B products and complex systems.
- A user-centric approach with the ability to blend technical expertise and UX.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments, balancing the delivery of MVPs with an unwavering commitment to world-class products.
- Background in finance, accounting, or economics, with advanced skills in Excel (an advantage).
- Proficient in understanding and working with AI/ML-based products (an advantage)
