What’s the job?
We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team and play a key role in driving our company’s growth.This is a strategic, hands-on position for someone who thrives on ownership, leads processes from A to Z, and brings broad business thinking into every hiring decision.
You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, influence hiring strategies, and shape how we attract and engage top talent globally.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of technical and non-technical roles.
 - Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers — from defining needs to final offers.
 - Own and drive multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, ensuring high quality and efficiency.
 - Initiate and lead recruitment-related projects and process improvements, driving innovation and impact across the organization.
 - Develop creative sourcing strategies to build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
 - Use data and analytics to track performance, optimize processes, and provide insights to stakeholders.
 - Collaborate cross-functionally with leaders in Israel, the US, and Australia to support growth efforts.
 - Promote Connecteam’s employer brand through campaigns, events, and digital channels.
 - Deliver an exceptional, human-centered candidate experience throughout the process.
 
Which qualifications you’ll need:
- 6+ years of hands-on recruitment experience
 - Proven experience managing complex hiring processes independently.
 - Strong business acumen and the ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders.
 - Data-driven approach — confident working with reports and KPIs.
 - Excellent sourcing abilities for both active and passive candidates.
 - Fluent English (verbal & written).
 - Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
 - Passion for recruitment and people — you genuinely love what you do.
 
Nice to Have
- Experience leading cross-organizational projects.
 - Experience collaborating with leaders in the United States.
 -  People management or mentoring experience.
 - Familiarity with global recruitment (US & AUS markets).
 - Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
