About the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will develop, execute, and optimize automated marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth. You will work closely with the business operations, demand generation, content, Sales, and product marketing teams to ensure that our marketing automככation efforts are aligned with our overall marketing strategy and business goals.
What you'll be doing:
Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute marketing automation strategies to nurture leads, convert prospects, and drive customer retention, overseeing the entire customer lifecycle automation
Collaborate with the demand generation team to design and implement multi-channel automated campaigns, including email marketing, segmentation, and personalized content delivery
Define KPIs for marketing automation campaigns and report on the effectiveness of these campaigns
Continuously evaluate and improve the marketing automation process to enhance campaign performance and ROI
Campaign Management:
Build, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns, including drip campaigns, newsletters, and promotional content
Set up automated workflows for lead nurturing, customer onboarding, re-engagement, and upsell/cross-sell initiatives
Implement A/B testing to optimize subject lines, email content, send times, and other campaign variables.
Ensure proper data segmentation and targeting to deliver highly personalized and relevant content to different customer segments.
Platform Management:
Maintain and update customer data within the marketing automation platform to ensure data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Troubleshoot technical issues related to the marketing automation platform and collaborate with IT or vendor support teams as needed.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing automation campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Create dashboards and regular reports to track campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall ROI.
Utilize data to identify trends, customer behaviors, and opportunities for new automation campaigns.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with the content, design, and product marketing teams to develop compelling email content and landing pages.
Partner with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing and sales activities, particularly lead nurturing and handoff processes.
Provide training and support to the marketing team on best practices for using the marketing automation platform.
Which qualifications you’ll need:
3+ years of experience in marketing automation, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, lead nurturing strategies, and customer segmentation.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and campaign performance reporting.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and best practices for data management.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Experience in a SaaS environment.
Familiarity with other digital marketing tools
Experience in building and optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
