What’s the job?
As a Sales Enablement Coach, you will help build out our world-class sales team.
This role has a direct impact on our sales department’s results and our go-to-market motion.
What you'll be doing:
Be the professional mentor for our GTM teams to be at the top of their game.
Increase Win Rates by coaching GTM teams based on observing live and recorded sales calls.
Work hand-in-hand and strategize with the team leads on improving our sales methods.
Onboard new Account Executives to our sales department.
Train our Account Executives on their sales skills.
Create sales materials and enrich our GTM toolbox.
Ensure our Account Executives work by our playbook.
Close some deals yourself.
Which qualifications you’ll need:
Proven record of Mid-market or Enterprise sales (you’ve hit your quota!) - A Must
Experience in B2B SaaS - A Must
Experience in teaching and training other people - A Must
Fluent English speaker (spoken and written) - A Must
Energetic, happy, and positive – A Must
Excellent communication skills, being able to get people to listen and be inspired
A self-starter with high execution skills
A team player
Love managing processes and having responsibilities
Good under pressure and working in a fast-paced environment
Work hard, but also play hard.
Strong consideration for:
Experience working with the MEDDPICC methodology
Experience in a sales enablement role
