About The Team:

At-Bay’s Marketing Team is focused on building smarter go-to-market strategies through our innovative InsurSec approach. As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you’ll help shape how we reach, educate, and convert our target audiences, working side-by-side with Sales, Product, and Security Services. You’ll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team that combines creativity and strategy to tell At-Bay’s story, strengthen customer relationships, and deliver measurable business impact.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize campaigns that fuel pipeline and product adoption. In this role, you’ll manage At-Bay’s customer webinar program – running everything from promotion to follow-ups – and use HubSpot to build email workflows that support key go-to-market initiatives. You’ll analyze performance metrics, collaborate cross-functionally, and continuously test new ways to reach and engage our audience. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who’s eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a high-impact team.

How you’ll make an impact:

By 3 months…

  • Complete onboarding and training sessions across our product, platform, and target personas.
  • Get familiar with our tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, Intercom, Wordpress, etc.) and understand how campaigns are built, launched, and reported on.
  • Gain a clear understanding of our current onboarding campaigns and multi-channel touch points to see how marketing supports and influences the full customer journey.
  • Listen to Sales and Security Services calls to learn how prospects engage with At-Bay’s offerings.

By 6 months…

  • Own planning, execution, and analysis of all At-Bay customer webinars, aligning closely with cross-functional teams to drive attendance and follow-up outreach.
  • Build, launch, and report on nurture and promo campaigns in HubSpot to increase product adoption, optimizing based on performance data.
  • Contribute to campaign reporting and optimization efforts by tracking key metrics and sharing insights with the team.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to update landing pages, campaign assets, and outreach templates to reflect evolving messaging.

What you’ve accomplished already:

  • Supported the execution of email campaigns using marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or a similar tool – helping with audience segmentation, scheduling, and basic performance tracking.
  • Assisted in pulling campaign metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, or attendance, and contributed to team discussions on potential improvements.
  • Helped draft or organize campaign plans and timelines to support product launches or sales initiatives, ensuring key details and deadlines were met.
  • Contributed to the planning and logistics of webinars or virtual events, including setting up registration pages, coordinating invites, and preparing follow-up emails.
  • Collaborated with teammates in Marketing, Sales, or Product to gather inputs and align on messaging for customer-facing campaigns.
  • Took initiative to learn from campaign results, sharing observations about what’s working and where improvements could be made.

Our estimated base pay range for this role is $90,000-$120,000 per year. Base salary is determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to market data, location, internal equitability, domain knowledge, experiences and skills.
