About The Position
The Support Engineer role is an opportunity to join our team and make a significant impact. You will deliver in-depth support and strive to deliver a high level of resolution for our German-speaking clients. You will be required to quickly diagnose and triage issues, resolve incidents, and/or liaise closely with Aquant’s Customer Success, R&D, and Product teams.
This is a part-time role, expected to average approximately 10 hours per week. Hours may vary depending on project needs. The successful candidate must be a native German Speaker
Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor for product and implementation issues and support the different phases of customer onboarding projects, pre and post go-live
Troubleshoot basic product issues and work with the support team to resolve issues.
Work effectively with other teams within Customer Success to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing customer value.
Facilitate training from time to time in German for our German-speaking customers.
The Ideal Candidate
German native speaker - Level C2 is a must! Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to relate complex technical or business concepts to internal and external stakeholders
Fluent in English, great verbal and written communication around technical and business topics.
Ideally, 1+ years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer, or Technical Consultant, Training role in a SAAS company.
Strong analytical skills, logical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.
Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with the ability to quickly resolve technical challenges.
Social and team-oriented personality with strong collaboration skills and an ability to work effectively across other departments and individuals to ensure the best outcomes, focused on commitment to quality and success.
Maintain a “beginner's mind” at all times, always looking for opportunities to learn new things and innovate.
