At AppsFlyer, we empower businesses to create exceptional digital experiences through the most trusted mobile attribution and analytics platform. With 20 offices across five continents, we mirror the diversity of our global user base and are proud of the inclusive culture we’ve built.

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Solution Architect to advise enterprise clients and prospects on how to best leverage our platform to solve mobile attribution challenges. This role is a critical part of the customer journey—owning the technical relationship, driving adoption of our solutions, and shaping strategy through industry insight.

As a key technical expert, you will lead conversations during the pre-sales process, consult on architecture design, guide implementation decisions, and act as the liaison between business needs and technical capabilities. You'll collaborate cross-functionally, build deep relationships with stakeholders, and contribute feedback to help shape our product roadmap.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with Sales as the primary technical resource throughout the pre-sales cycle — leading discovery, scoping solutions, and winning the technical conversation with both engineering and business stakeholders
  • Run compelling product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and help respond to RFPs
  • Lead strategic conversations with clients, providing consultative guidance on mobile attribution best practices, measurement strategy, and data architecture
  • Translate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders in a clear, value-oriented way — and go deep with engineering teams when needed
  • Own the technical onboarding of new clients — guiding their engineering teams through SDK integration, event configuration, and validation to ensure a fast, clean go-live
  • Be the trusted technical advisor for some of Brazil's and LATAM's largest and most complex accounts — helping them get the most out of the platform and solving deep technical challenges when they arise
  • Partner closely with internal teams across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to advocate for client needs and align on delivery
  • Represent AppsFlyer at industry events, meetups, and conferences across the region

What You Have:

  • 3+ years in a client-facing technical role supporting enterprise sales or implementations
  • Language Requirement: Brazilian Portuguese & full English proficiency
  • Proven success in translating technical requirements into scalable solutions
  • Strong communication skills—able to engage effectively with both engineers and senior business stakeholders
  • Experience with data-driven systems or platforms (SQL experience a plus)
  • Familiarity with SaaS, mobile marketing, or advertising technologies
  • Familiarity with mobile app ecosystems (iOS and/or Android) and how apps are built and instrumented (ideally!)
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend events as needed

Bonus Points:

  • Technical degree or engineering background
  • Hands-on experience with mobile SDKs (iOS/Android) or mobile measurement platforms
  • Experience integrating or troubleshooting SDKs in a client or development context
  • Understanding of mobile attribution concepts (installs, re-engagement, deep linking, SKAdNetwork)
  • Fluency in additional languages (Spanish ideally)
  • Referred by an AppsFlyer team member
