About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Solution Architect to advise enterprise clients and prospects on how to best leverage our platform to solve mobile attribution challenges. This role is a critical part of the customer journey—owning the technical relationship, driving adoption of our solutions, and shaping strategy through industry insight.
As a key technical expert, you will lead conversations during the pre-sales process, consult on architecture design, guide implementation decisions, and act as the liaison between business needs and technical capabilities. You'll collaborate cross-functionally, build deep relationships with stakeholders, and contribute feedback to help shape our product roadmap.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with Sales to scope and propose technical solutions aligned with customer goals
- Lead strategic conversations with clients, providing consultative insights into mobile attribution best practices
- Run product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and InfoSec documentation
- Translate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders in a clear, value-oriented way
- Guide client engineering teams through key integration, onboarding and implementation phases
- Partner closely with internal teams across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align on delivery and innovation
- Maintain integrations with third-party technologies and troubleshoot advanced issues as needed
- Build trust and rapport with technical and non-technical stakeholders across client organizations
- Represent AppsFlyer at industry events and conferences (optional, but encouraged)
What You Have:
- 3+ years in a client-facing technical role supporting enterprise sales or implementations
- Language Requirement: Native Spanish & full English proficiency
- Proven success in translating technical requirements into scalable solutions
- Strong communication skills—able to engage effectively with both engineers and senior business stakeholders
- Experience with data-driven systems or platforms (SQL experience a plus)
- Familiarity with SaaS, mobile marketing, or advertising technologies
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving
- Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend events as needed
Bonus Points:
- Technical degree or engineering background
- Experience with large-scale data sets or analytics platforms
- Fluency in additional languages (Portuguese ideally)
- Proficiency in at least one programming language
- Referred by an AppsFlyer team member
