We are looking for a Performance Marketing and CRM/ Retention expert to join our team as an Industry Lead and, using data and the help from our larger team, to answer the most burning questions in this industry:
- what it takes for an app to be successful in a given vertical and sub-vertical? What are the key factors/ KPIs predicting success at an early stage? What should companies focus on at each stage? What are the best practices throughout the lifecycle? What are the trends on the market to be aware of?
It’s an ultimate sense-making exercise which will get you to another level of market understanding as no other person on the market will be able to match the accuracy of this research (due to AppsFlyer’s superior customer base).
We expect Industry Lead to be an opinion leader who shares her/ his findings with our existing customers and prospects and speaks at the top industry events.
You will get the help from data analysts, copy editor and marketing team (as well as marketing budget) to come up with and promote your findings.
All the insights you will produce will be aggregated and anonymised as we protect the data of our customers.
The success of Industry Lead will be measured by how many new doors she/ he managed to open with insights and opinion leadership for the Sales team and how much new business resulted from it for AppsFlyer. You will be able to define how AppsFlyer is communicating with each specific vertical within your industry. A big part of this role is to help us redefine vertical based go-to-market strategies for AppsFlyer products.
What You Have
- Experience in growth, publishing, or marketing roles within mobile gaming companies, game publishers, or ad tech platforms in APAC.
- Strong understanding of user acquisition strategies, monetization models, and competitive trends in the gaming ecosystem.
- Analytical and strategic mindset; able to use data to guide action and vertical strategy.
- Track record of working with Sales and GTM teams on enterprise-level client strategy.
- Strong communication and presentation skills — able to lead discussions with C-level stakeholders.
- Fluent in English (other regional languages are a plus); willingness to travel across the region.
