Our Sales team is looking for a seasoned Mid-Market Sales Lead to drive revenue growth and coach a high-performing sales team in one of our most dynamic and competitive markets. You’ll lead the charge in managing full-cycle sales for mid-sized clients, designing scalable go-to-market strategies, and mentoring future sales stars. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, tech-driven environments and has a deep understanding of digital ecosystems and outbound market opportunities.
What you'll do:
- Own and lead the Mid-Market Sales function, with full responsibility for team performance, pipeline health, and quota delivery
- Manage and grow a team of sales professionals, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and capability development
- Define and execute GTM strategies for mid-sized clients across AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, or cross-border (exporting) industries
- Drive new business acquisition while expanding revenue through upsells and renewals
- Oversee complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, competitive landscapes, and strategic negotiations
- Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Product, CS, and Operations to ensure client success and seamless onboarding
- Maintain accurate forecasting and sales hygiene in Salesforce, while reporting regularly to leadership
- Represent the company in external meetings with C-level executives, building long-term, high-trust relationships
Who you are:
- 10+ years experience in Cloud / SaaS / AdTech / MarTech / or China Outbound Exporting domains
- 5-8 years experience leading sales teams of 10 people with a proven coaching mindset
- 5-8 years experience in client account management
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding team sales quotas and growth KPIs
- Skilled in pipeline management, renewals, and upsells with attention to data and conversion
- Familiarity with Salesforce, sales forecasting, and GTM strategy planning
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, especially in competitive and multi-threaded deals
- Deep understanding of the digital/mobile marketing ecosystem and relevant buyer personas
- Confident in engaging CXO-level decision-makers, both internally and externally
- Known as a relationship builder and trusted advisor with clients and cross-functional partners
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Adaptable, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
