As the Manager of Sales Development at AppsFlyer, you will lead a high-performing team of SDRs responsible for driving the company’s new business pipeline across key markets. This role is central to AppsFlyer’s go-to-market strategy - bridging marketing and sales by crafting scalable outbound strategies, optimizing inbound workflows, and mentoring the next generation of sales talent.

You’ll combine data-driven decision-making with coaching excellence to foster a culture of accountability, growth, and curiosity. What you’ll do:

  • Drive individual and team performance by setting clear goals, tracking pipeline contribution, and ensuring top-tier productivity
  • Partner with marketing and Partner Development teams to improve lead quality and demand generation processes by providing regular, actionable feedback and accountability
  • Partner with sales leadership to drive strategic direction and alignment
  • Build, document, and continuously optimize scalable best practices, tools, and workflows for outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification
  • Monitor team performance using both qualitative and quantitative metrics to foster accountability, focus, efficiency, and sustained pipeline growth
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and training to elevate team skills, product knowledge, and sales acumen
  • Design and implement creative recognition and incentive programs that energize the team, drive results, and nurture a collaborative, high-morale culture

What you have:

  • 5+ years of experience managing a high-performing sales team and/or sales development team
  • Strong expertise in outbound sales, primarily through email, phone, and social selling
  • Full ability to operate at all levels, from being in the trenches with your team to creating scalable programs
  • You are an expert at partnering with marketing and AE counterparts to plan and execute multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns
  • Expert at using Linkedin, Outreach, SalesNav, ZoomInfo, SFDC

Bonus Points:

  • SaaS, Mar-tech, and Analytics platform experience preferred

For our SF-based candidates, the expected On Target Earnings (OTE) are between $170,000 and $220,000 (including bonus or commission). The offer varies on many factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, interview results, references, etc.
