What is #LifeatAF? How can we crystallize its DNA into one eye-catching sentence for you? Our culture is defined by our people! Everyone is an approachable professional, tenacious and versatile, a challenging team member, and a respected and valued mentor.

Are you a passionate B2B marketing professional who wants to grow your career by working on numerous projects for a market-leading mobile SaaS company? You’ll be joining a team of nine amazing individuals responsible for growing revenue, customer satisfaction, and brand awareness across GCR. You’ll be involved in all aspects of our marketing mix and developing skills to help you take your career to the next level.

In GCR, we're looking for a savvy yet humble Marketing Manager with B2B experience, a passionate and seasoned event marketing manager to initiate and produce unforgettable events in the Greater China Region. They should have an ALL-IN spirit, learn fast, and not be afraid to take risks by going above and beyond to drive our marketing programs to the next level. They thrive in a dynamic environment, are creative, data-driven, and an independent self-starter -- while knowing how to orchestrate initiatives between regional and global marketing teams and their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing plans that meet overall business goals for the Greater China Region on an offline activity and brand marketing level.
  • Take a leading role in the planning and production of unique hosted events in Greater China from beginning to end (like significant brand flagship summit - MAMA, and top industry summit - ChinaJoy, etc.), including ideation, logistics, budget, partner coordination, vendor selection, branding, documentation, reporting, and follow-up.
  • Demonstrate strong collaboration skills with the ability to manage stakeholders from across the company: Sales, Customer Success, Product, and the Global Marketing Teams.
  • Work closely with other marketing function managers within AppsFlyer, including PR/Social, Paid Media, Branding, Content, etc., to ensure high-efficiency cross-functional collaboration.
  • Manage agencies and POCs throughout GCR, ensuring positioning and messages are conveyed effectively and consistently across various target stakeholders and channels, while constantly measuring results and optimizing for success.
  • Constantly evaluate, prioritize, and optimize opportunities as they arise.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the products, competition, industry, marketing goals, and objectives.

Minimum Requirements

  • Native Chinese speaker,
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Bachelor’s degree with a track record of academic excellence.
  • 8+ years of event marketing experience, with tracked experience managing significant brand-owned summits (premium VIP activities ideally), in the B2B or high-tech field; international company experience is a strong plus.
  • Self-starter; able to work independently in a rapidly growing company with a startup mindset; strong multi-tasking skills.
  • Empathetic, collaborative mindset; able to build trust and work efficiently with key stakeholders and other co-workers.
  • Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational, time management, and negotiation skills.
  • Works well under pressure.
  • High standards for production and deliverable quality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the mobile, digital marketing, and/or advertising space.
  • Working experience in global agencies and in-house event marketing is a strong plus.
