We are constantly forming new business processes, improving and scaling our current operation and seeking ways to enable the business to scale most efficiently!

We are looking for a Business Product Manager who will set and align the business’s vision and needs, enable the business to meet goals, and be a key player for the internal business roadmap design and implementation. This person has a strategic mindset and a broad organizational perspective who will bring product management into our business operations department.

You will work closely with our business partners to understand their needs and connect them with the company's goals and resources.

Bottom line, you will access a hyper-growth company’s processes and dilemmas and bring your full expertise and experience to the table!


What you’ll do

  • Plan the business vision and roadmap to enable the stakeholders to meet company goals
  • Collect development needs from business stakeholders and prioritize them based on a wide array of interests and company-wide considerations
  • Help lead cross-department initiatives by working closely with various stakeholders while challenging the status quo and representing AF overall business interests
  • Analyze and measure key objectives and business performance to identify gaps and opportunities that should be addressed
  • Develop a strong understanding of our business flows, team’s needs and company’s strategic goals
  • Lead deployment, training and adoption of new business processes
  • Plan clear product flows in alignment with stakeholders needs and platforms capabilities

What you have

  • 2-4 years of experience in a Product manager \ Internal Product position & Business operations manager
  • Proven track record of organizational change management and impact on business KPIs
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving in a data driven environment
  • Understanding of SaaS business processes: sales, marketing, and customer success flows
  • Proven ability to harness and drive complex, impactful changes
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to build productive and positive relationships across the organization at all levels to drive influence
  • Process-oriented thinking with a flow-chart state of mind
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew

  • Experience in B2B SaaS company
  • Proven knowledge of SalesForce

  • BA/BSc. in Industrial Eng./Computer Science/Economics or other quantitative fields
